    • Up to 12 hours of coordination on the wedding day.

    • Unlimited email communication.

    • Up to 3 in person and/or virtual meetings (one which will include a walkthrough of the venue).

    • Detailed wedding day timeline creation.

    • Wedding portfolio creation.

    • Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination.

    • Vendor management and communication on the wedding day.

    • Ceremony and reception set up of personal items.

    • Day-of point of contact.

    • Distribution of florals to wedding party and family.

    • Directing and coordinating of timeline for ceremony and reception.

    • Distribution of final payments or gratuities for vendors.

    • Clean up support.

    • Full access to “Emergency Kit” items.

    Wedding Day Management starting at $1,450.

We’ll assist with design choices, coordinate with vendors, keep the focus on your vision, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly on your wedding day.

    Support begins 5 months prior to the event. Services include but are not limited to:

    • Consultation with the Bride & Groom.

    • Unlimited email communication.

    • Organization and scheduling of vendors.

    • Assistance with design decisions.

    • Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination.

    • Up to 12 hours of coordination on the wedding day.

    • Up to 5 in person and/or virtual meetings (one which will include a walkthrough of the venue).

    • Detailed wedding day timeline creation.

    • Wedding portfolio creation.

    • Vendor management and communication on the wedding day.

    • Set up of personal items at both the ceremony and reception.

    • Day-of point of contact.
